The village consists of 126 room divided into two building each building contains 3 floors.
Each floor has 20 rooms , in addition to 3 cabins in each building overlooking the red sea.
* The total of the housing energy of the village is 252 beds
* The area of the village is about 24000 cubic metres and the land contract is registered in the governmental land office.
* The touristic level is 4 stars.
* The second stage of the project is to establish 60 rooms in addition to what has been established and this on extinction to the first stage of the project.
* The components of the village.
- The main building . consists of two of floors its dimensions are ( 100 m x 20m) with an area of 2000 cubic metre.
1- A sellar
2- An upper floor.
1- The sellar contains the main kitchen. A disco hall – games hall – restrooms ( bath rooms) –Administration offices – stores- lunder sauna – Jacuzzi – with an area of 2000m.
2- The upper floor.
A- The reception ( front offices ) – lobbies – the main restaurant- cafeteria- bar – 10 shops – with naira of 2000 cubic metre
B- A swimming pool with an area of 500 m.
C – A swimming pool cafeteria.
D- A number of 2 pergolas used as restaurants or cafeteria on the beach.
E- 2 buildings . each one contains 60 rooms + cabins overlooking the sea all. All the rooms are provided with a spilit air condition  system. All the windows are mad of Alometal and antireflection gloss.
The tiles are made of bursting. The entrance and the stairs are made graneate. The bathrooms are ideal standard.

  Staff housing

- A block of flats consists of 3 floors.
- The lower floor contains 4 shops + a cafeteria of about 200 cubic meter + 4 rooms.
- The first upper floor contains 15 rooms.
 The second upper floor contain 15 rooms .The total number of the staff housing rooms is 34 rooms in addition to the bathrooms of each floor.
