1- Studying and analyzing the procedural and executive problems of industrial sector & finding solutions

Documents required and executive procedures :

• Lodging a complaint indicating in detail the type of problem required to be solved, whether from industrial establishments directly or from the Egyptian Industries Federation, and the investors' chamber / associations or any other damaged person (investor).

• The problem is classified into :
- Financial (customs / taxes / insurance / financial institutions /....).
- Infrastructure (lands / electricity / gas / water / communications /....).
- Legal and legislative
- Procedural and technical (licenses / raw materials / marketing /....).\

• If necessary, there will be a field visit to problem site.

• A joint meeting is held between the complaint lodger and the representatives of government bodies & agencies concerned and the other related authorities to find the best solutions that suit all parties.

• Solutions are executed and the chamber follows up execution.
